Melissa Montana with Star 88.3

Recently, I ran into a friend who serves on the board of a local radio station. He invited me to stop by for a visit, and I was thrilled to accept the offer. A few weeks later, I stopped by the station, touring the building and meeting many of the station’s employees. It didn’t take me long to figure out that the folks at Star 88.3 in Fort Wayne are a fine bunch!

A few weeks later, I was invited to return, this time leading a devotion at one of the station’s staff meetings. What an honor! During our time together, I shared a few heartfelt reflections, many of which can be found in my book: Discover Your Next Best Step: 10 Proven Principles of Servant LeaderShip Wisdom. We shared prayer requests with one another, and we had an opportunity to connect in Christian fellowship.

I was blown away with the openness of the remarkable people I met that day. My time at 88.3 served as a reminder that Christ intends for us to connect with others. Thank you to the Star 88.3 family for allowing me an opportunity to share and grow with you!
